Mouseover community logo causes resize of top banner

In firefox (v2.0.0.3), when mousing over the community Beta logo a the top of the page causes the top banner to shrink by approx 1px. This does not happen in IE.
This happens on all the top level pages pages except forums (by top level I mean the ones that are accessible from the buttons on the top right: About, Blogs, Bugs and Polls).

BSOD was once described as a "feature" to me!
