quotes within Private Messages - doesn't work

Copied from previous thread but after the re-draft of the new skin - so I'm posting it again here coz it wasn't fixed.
When writing a Private Message, I clicked the "Quote" button which inserted the relevant \[quote\] tag and \[\/quote\] tag. But when I previewed the post before sending, the text enclosed by the tags was NOT formatted differently (unlike in the forum proper which does work) and the word "Quote" appeared in the text where the tag was.

This should hopefully be fixed when the next round of bugs rolls out.
