Email banned

I tried to register in the community as I’ve joined Plusnet fibre broadband.
I thought I’d registered successfully the other day but maybe it failed because when I’ve tried to log in with the email relating to my Plusnet fibre account, it says the details aren’t correct for the community log in. I thought maybe I entered the wrong password but despite multiple requests for password resets, no reset email has been sent at all. So I’ve now registered with an old email address and then I tried to change to the email that I’m using for the Plusnet fibre account but when I input my new email details, it says “email banned”. I think I asked Plusnet community to delete all data from an old community account in the past, so maybe that’s why. Please can an advisor help to sort this out, so that I can use the same email address for the community as the one I use for my Plusnet fibre account ?
