Just to say that what I consider to be an interesting topic "Pre-digital-Phone-Line " to be locked down is rather disappointing.

It may not relate to anything Plusnet will provide, but it is relevant for the PSTN shutdown - and not everyone on the fora are Plusnet customers anyway!

At the worst it could have been moved to Everything Else.

Anyway, to continue the discussion on Pre-digital-Phone-Line, I found the following statement on the linked website interesting:

Works in places where broadband can’t support IP voice yet.

So where doesn't broadband support IP voice? and how does Pre-digital Phone Line support it in those cases?
