Posting from mobile - any guide to restrictions?

Not used the forum for ages. For this new topic I'm getting a title box and text box but no control bar for formatting/add links or images.
Posting this test to see what happens next.

Edit:
Hmm. So that just go posted but this edit has a heading "Rich text stripped .. so you can edit from mobile device".
Does that mean I can't post images from my phone? Is there a guide to posting from mobile ?
Quite possible I'm being a bit dim.

IMPORTANT: You need to be viewing the site for this to work.

With Chrome Select "Desktop site" found by tapping the three dots top right corner. Other browsers have a similar option accessing the setting might be different
