Password reset email does not arrive

Hello,

I've been registered for about 18 months

Went to do password reset as forgotten password since last post in October 2023

Password reset email does not arrive and is not in junk either

Created this account using another email address to report

I did try to re-register in case my account was marked inactive or deleted, but it says my original email address is in use on another forum account

any suggestions please ?
