Annoying drop down advert

I am seeing a drop down advert for Plusnet's offer of 65 mbps broadband service every time I change page on the forum.

It is impossible to get rid of it, even clicking on the x in the top left hand corner does not stop it. Try to leave a page and it appears again!

It is more annoying that I have just renewed my contract for FTTC at 40/10 because the max speed available to me is just over 40 mbps. I tried an upgrade to unlimited fibre extra 2 years ago and had to revert to basic fibre, so the drop down is even more annoying. I know that FTTP is now available to me now but for personal reasons I need to retain my home phone line and my number.

So goodbye to the forum until such time as I can browse comfortably.
