No more email from forum private message

Is everyone else still getting their emails from this site forum such as private message? The last one I got was April 1st and then suddenly it all stopped.

Plusnet Community Mailer community@plus.net via eu.khoros-mail.com

I checked my email as this haven't been blocked or spam. Look like it broken on the forum as I did checked to ensure all private message are ticked box to sent to my email. Nothing went to my inbox email anymore. I have to go to the form website keep refresh the page unsure I got message is very annoying.

It's gmail (google has stopped using plusnet forum) because I add new gmail address and still nothing come through as I look in spam, nothing there to verify my email. So, I try ProtonMail and this time I got it and have verify my new email address.

Sound like Google no longer support any email from community@plus.net via eu.khoros-mail.com (thinking it from Russia)

Protonmail are now blocked any email from plusnet (don't understand why?)

It looks like Google (and probably now Protonmail) are rejecting the messages due to failed DMARC alignment. I have prodded a few people internally to see what can be done about it.

Nothing to do with Russia.

@Bob Thanks for letting me know as I thought it was down to my internet blocked from any email from plusnet.

Do let me know once it fixed so I can updated go back to my old gmail address once plusnet has fixed this issues.

I'm suffering too - but my mail forwarder is seeming to mangle the header so mine just drops into gmail spam.
I've never spent so much time looking at my spam mails

I was blessed with being emailed a private message last night, so I thought good news, but unfortunately nothing since to my plus.net work email address.
