How to post subject titles in bold

I've noticed that when other people post in the forums, their subject title is in bold. how do I do this ?

Do you mean on the 'Topics' list?

All titles will appear in bold to you, until you've read it.

As per @198kHz Topic titles are in bold until until any new posts within them are read.

Ermm ....no.
Not the topic title, but the title of the post in the subject box

It works the same. The Subject will show emboldened until any new posts are read. There is no way to make that happen with any commands.
