Someone having problems accessing the forum

Hi,

CJT has posted on thinkbroadband that they cannot access the forum and the password reset hasn't worked. Obviously they can't post here so could someone please help them out? Thanks.

Perhaps he uses a different name here?

There are two users that have similar email addresses.
@KevinG - sorry to ask this but can you ask them to confirm which of these two users they would like a new password for? I will change the password and send them an IM with the new password - they should receive an email. I will do that once they confirm which user it is.

I have gone ahead and sent PM with a temporary password to log in and change password.
Hopefully this will resolve the issue for now. I will need to check the password reset form.

As you can see I now have access to the forum.

@jaread83 I have sent you as PM to say thank you... you mentioned 2 accounts that are similar.. I wonder if that could be the issue.
