Unread Topics - "Jump to the first unread message" link does not

It used to work, but has been broken for a while, clicking on the number of new messages takes you to the start of the topic rather than the first unread message.

OK I've found in My settings : Preferences : Linear Layout a checkbox for "Jump to first unread post in a topic", but if I check this, it changes all topic links to jump to the last unread message, which is not really what I want.

@ejs, this is a bug that I have already reported. The bug has been identified by Lithium and they are working to fix it.

Lithium have messaged me to let me know that this bug should be fixed now as part of a software update.

To be perfectly honest, I am not entirely happy with these results and I would have programmed them differently for different situations (like not having the jump appear on the unread 'posts' feed).

On unread posts the link should take you to the selected post!

I am going to send a message back telling them that they misseda few areas.
