Can't start a topic?

I have tried starting a topic in Broadband twice now and both times the post just ends up in "My Rejected Items" folder. What am I doing wrong?

1. I now have two posts on the same topic (as I tried twice before figuring out the Rejected Items folder). Can you delete one?

2. What was I doing that caused the automatic spam filter to kick in (so I can avoid doing it in future)?
