Thread subscriptions

I know this isn't quite on topic but I didn't want to start a new thread but is it possible to change getting 'subscribed' to a thread every time you post in it?

Click on your name in the top right of the page and select Settings. Then select Preferences and untick 'Subscribe to topics I post to' then click 'Save changes'.

Ahh, I never thought of looking in settings as I only joined when I took up the mobile offer.
