      <description>After a few abortive and very frustrating attempts at setting up my broadband email account, I stumbled across the PlusNet Video guide to setting up in Outlook Express.&lt;BR /&gt;It worked first time! Yippee!&amp;nbsp; :)(I only wish I'd found that help page earlier!)</description>
