Error message.

Correct the highlighted error and try again.

Post flooding detected, user tried to post more than 1 message within 5 seconds.

No idea of what any of that means but nothing was highlighted & also not sure how I could post more than 1 message in 5 seconds despite my fast typing.

Would love to know how lithium manage to run O2 forums with no problems that i have seen ,, BUT here something new every day

There is something in place to stop users accidentally double posting. It may have been triggered by double clicking the submit button but I can't say for sure.
