      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, just rang support again but no option for business anymore just 1 for broadband (no business) and 2 for Plusnet mobile even when pressing 1 and then trying to press 1 again for customer service. I just get a closed message and that's it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Incidentally I replicated this Monday night but I had left the office by then and I wasn't in yesterday to be able to raise the issue. I've discussed with my team leader who used to work in Business Support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;He's checked with his former colleagues who confirm that the support should absolutely be 24/7 still.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've raised the issue and we're investigating. As soon as I know more, I'll let you know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought so, because when I called the number all I got is the residential options and I had to have a residential customer support employee transfer me to business. I've asked them myself and said that it is 24/7 but no sure why the number doesn't have any business option or directory&lt;/P&gt;</description>
