website not showing under domain name

Hello all

I wonder if someone could please help with the issue we are recently having uploading our website to our plusnet hosted domain name. Plusnet have hosted our website for 8 years with no problems until now.

We are using mobrise to write our website and its built in ftp client to upload.

The settings are:

ftp.plus.net

port 21

plusnet username

plusnet password

sub-directory: /htdocs

These settings upload the web site to our www.mywebsite.plus.com URL but do not load to our plusnet hosted domain of www.mywebsite.co.uk

The website domain is active and plusnet have informed us that it has not expired and that they do indeed host the domain name.

Support have suggest someone on here may have the answer.

After of week of this problem and posting on her for 30 mins our website is now magically working, thank all for taking the time to read our post
