What happend to Raising a ticket?

Hi All,

been using plusnet forever, recently we had a new connection set up to a new office of ours and i had a couple questions to ask and i can no longer find the option to raise a ticket?

is the only option to phone now? had a couple simple questions that are not time dependant it seems mad that i can only call about them or is this just me?

one thing im trying to do is add a static ip to this account but its only adsl (due to a full cab....) and the option does not seem to be there for me to do it my self...

@cameldazzler The comms options now are: phone, this forum, Twitter or Facebook. Some really clever person thought the ticket option was 'old hat' so it got removed.

wow that's annoying, i did call earlier but unfortunately could not hear the person on the other end sounded like they where having ip phone issues.

also does anyone know the business support number? the one i have listed under help takes me to residential...
