Need help

My internet was working fine. Then it cut off solid orange light.
I've turned it off and on, reset with a paper clip now tried to get on to the hub manager but it won't come up.
But now I've noticed my password for my hub manager has rubbed off from the back of my router. I've had the router for 6years.
Any help please

@Ja5 IIRC, there was a plastic card with the details supplied with he hub - have you still got it? If not, call Support in the morning - they should be able to help.

No I lost it when we moved house.
Will they be able to give me the password

They should be, providing you get an agent who knows what they are doing.

I'm not sure what hub it is.
But it's rectangle white with a circle and the light is around that. If that helps. I've never had a problem before

sounds like a Hub2 - but I may be wrong.

OK. When you call, if the agent is stumped, maybe giving them the serial number (starts with a '+') will help. Are you back online with it?

No still no internet. I'm using my mobile data
.ive had to connect it to my TV to watch it. My dose all electronics need to be connected to wifi these days,
