      <description>1.6gbps is available over fttp from EE. I can only find 900gbps from Plusnet. Is there a way to open up these speeds on Plusnet from the same architecture?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the 'value' brand of the BT Consumer Division, I doubt these higher speeds will be offered under the Plusnet banner.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could always cancel your PN account and move to EE if you really needed the higher speeds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;or check whether you have access to AltNet FTTH and get symmetrical upload and download speeds of 2.5Gbps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is nothing that would persuade me to go to EE for broadband, as my previous dealings with them were terrible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plusnet wouldn't offer 1.6Gbps, as they would have to provide a router that was capable of &amp;gt;1Gbps, and there are no signs of that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Spoke to the always helpful PN team.&lt;BR /&gt;Understand WiFi 7 and Fttp up to 2.8 Gb is in a trial period that’s just started. Likely to last about 12 months. So unlikely to be available in time for my end of Sept renewal.&lt;BR /&gt;Validates John’s earlier suggestion.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know Zen Internet, who use both, will quote you using the CF network as it's cheaper than OR hence their offering is cheaper on CF with regards to OR.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now that my email has been migrated I will have a good look a Zen at my next contract renewal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Those that answer the phone in less than a minute, can be contacted by email, where the call centre is staffed by qualified engineers that know what they're talking about and take 'ownership' of solving your problem until it's solved, where they actually get to the root cause of your issue and don't do the Plusnet support default thing of&amp;nbsp;sending out another router (the same as the existing one that doesn't have a fault), etc, etc...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
