Left Plusnet but email still working

I left Plusnet back in April but my email is still working and filling up with spam etc.

I have changed all my addresses over so was hoping the email would become unreachable.

Did your email migrate to Greenby before you left ?

In which case it will continue for 2 years until you need to pay for it

Using www.greenby.com one can disable or delete the unused mailboxes to avoid them filling with spam

Well, it would be unreachable if you stopped reaching for it. 😎

Or is this a Mail Redirection issue? If so, if you can sign on to your Greenby email account, with your Plusnet account user name and password, at Greenby.com you should be able to delete any mail 'Forwarding' addresses from your account. Or indeed, close your Greenby account.
