topic Engineer in Broadband

An engineer came to install the broadband yesterday on the 25/06/2026 but he couldn't do much as there was no fibre cable connected to my flat so he had to leave, later that day my landlord organised for a company to come today 26/06/2026 to get the cable through, so now an engineer can come and install but how do I get an appointment again for him to come?

Sadly, yes, and it appears to be getting worse for anyone who is a customer of any BT Group ISP, as they now route all calls to whichever call-centre appears to be 'less busy', but clearly don't have sufficient agents.
