When using Plusnet I can't upload videos to tiktok

has anyone come across this problem before. when I am using plustnet, it is taking around 14 hours to upload a video to tiktok. Plusnet can't see a problem which is typical. if I turn off my phone from the internet then the video will upload, but as soon as I connect my phone to the internet that is when the problem happens.

can anyone let me know what the problem is

it has been the past week it has been like this. I was on the phone with Plusnet because the internet was so slow and thought this was the problem with the videos not loading. this is my speed test

@happyma92 Assuming you are using a Plusnet Hub2, can you attach (using the 'paper clip to the bottom left of the reply window) a screenshot of your Technical Log > Information screen (obscuring the username)

According to that first picture, the link has only been up for a day and a half - which suggests there is a fault somewhere. Your upload is a little low, although looking at your attenuation figures it isn't that far out. Maybe report a fault via https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

I do not know when the data sent/received was last updated but I note the following:

1. Your phone is a Iphone.

2. Your upload speed is about 3.7 Mbps

3. Since last reset, you have uploaded 23.5GB, that's 188Gb.

4. Uploading 23.5GB at 3.7Mbps would take 13.5 hours

Is the slow speed test recorded with your phone connected? If so, my suspicion is that your phone is backing up to iCloud at the same time. You can only use the bandwidth once.
