hello any help would be appreciated please

internet router over last weeks keeps randomly going too orange light.

last night we had this issue for an hour and then internet came back

this has happened again this morning randomly.

please can you check my line and advise what is transpiring.

Hi, could you confirm what firmware version your Plusnet Hub is on?

It should be either v0.10.00.04201-PN or v0.11.01.11071-PN (which I believe is a new version on trial to few Hubs).
