Hi, New account just became active and straight away I got an email saying "Our Support Team have opened Question 254736065 to track an issue on your account." , how do I find out what this is about or contact them?

Email gives a link to https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/broadband-connection-settings/ but don't find anything that seems relevant on there and I have tried various links on the site but not getting anywhere.

Thanks for the link , it says there are 5 open messages on there but I don't understand some about 'provisioning' and another is just about setting equipment up.

I suspect these are 'internal' messages, but if you need help deciphering them, ask away.
