      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello , About 9 days ago my internet kept dropping out and all so had a lot of errors upstream and down, Ive since found the problem and fixed it, could someone advise Will my line gradually settle and go back to normal or do I have to ask for a reset of line, I have no errors and line is stable.Stats are now&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So long as the underlying are actually resolved, the DLM (dynamic line management) should bring you to back to best achievable speeds over a couple of weeks or so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for replying, It was the built in main BT socket needed replacing and has been stable for a couple of days now, I live only 100 mtrs or so from the exchange so for the last 18 yrs with plusnet have enjoyed max rate with speeds o 72 to 73mbps. At the moment download speed roughly 63mbps.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Jono</description>
