    <description>Ive had this from at least 19:30 yesterday. I can't connect to my Internet. Ive unplugged my router, reste it and used the wps button. Ive also unplugged and or turnt off all devices yet nothing has changed. Please help.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to supply a bit more information. What broadband (internet) service do you have? if it’s via the telephone wiring does your phone still work? If it it’s via a dedicated fibre cable what are the lights on your ONT (the little box where the fibre comes in) doing? What lights are showing on your router and what sort is it? Do you have any PCs wired directly into your router or is everything on wifi?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>So its just my wifi. The router is showing blue and I have my ps5 connected via a cable. At first I thought it was a system issue due to fact I can access some apps on my console like YouTube but not online play. So I disconnected my phone of the data and connected to the WiFi and I was met with the no connection notification.</description>

      <description>Wifi is something you need to sort out; PN provide BROADBAND to your premises- wifi problems in your home, are your responsibility.</description>
