      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK. I assume the broadband is FTTC? Why a BT hub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Without some data/information to work with, I can only suggest you follow this :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/&lt;/A&gt; , although I am not 100% sure it will work with a non-PN router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It possibly doesn't matter - I don't know, as I indicated, but have you tried the link I posted? If you cancel without giving PN a chance to help you, you will be subject to Early Termination Charges and delays in signing up with another ISP, as well as the very real risk that the fault will follow you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
