Plex Media Server Indirect Playback

When i access my media server from my office, i dont notice any issues but i have noticed it shows as indirect for the playback.

After checking this out on plex it says its because it can not be reached directly.

Now options to check are

Firewall, port forwarding on the router.

Checked all of these and they are all set to allow traffic on TCP and UDP so the next thing to look at it CGnat

Apparently this is something that the ISP can add on in order to allow them to manage IPV4 address allocation.

Can anyone tell me if plusnet uses CGNAT?

Also if anyone else has had this issue and has been able to resolve it please let me know.
