Ordering Plusnet Full Fibre 300mbps

I have some queries about ordering the 300mbps full fibre broadband... It is generally not made clear on the website and there's various other things that are problematic for me.

I am currently on BT Digital Voice for my home telephone. I want to keep my home telephone and my landline number. Is this possible and can it be done with Plusnet?

Can Plusnet help with the need for a "mesh wifi network" / complete wi-fi. Our internal wifi box would be installed in our concrete block garage at the side of the house... Having just the router would make literally the entire house a dead zone. So would definitely need extenders etc.

Plusnet are not providing a Digital voice service. You would have to source a voip service ( and possibly equipment ) from a third-party voip provider.

Plusnet themselves don't provide a mesh system and so wouldnt be able to help directly. However there are many users here who use mesh systems and I'm sure would be happy to help

Prepare to be disappointed

Plusnet do not offer a digital voice service - you would need to transfer to a VoIP provider

Plusnet do not offer a complete mesh wifi network

In both cases assistance can be provided here if you need any with setting up purchased equipment
