If WBC FTTP doesn't appear in the previous Checker what do the following two say?

https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/broadband-coverage

https://www.openreach.com/

As to the actual install I believe if it's OpenReach that does the work then it's FOC - they do need a Wayleave signed and presumably an agreed work program.

Someone in your building must be the point of contact for the residents. You need to speak to them.

Hello

Fibre broadband is in my area, but it is not in my apartment yet, it is 2x 5 apartment blocks i believe which is freehold so we all own a share etc. Fibre is available as i have checked the next door house address' etc but obviously the apartment group who "run" the servicing have not contacted anyone to instal it or get prices etc.

Can someone point me in the right direction on where to go with PlusNet to find a price for this as i want fibre broadband but need to get a price for it to plumbed into the complex and then explain to the service group of the apartment a costing and what it will look like as one of there defenses was "it will look horrible with cables everywhere etc".

Right now the only connection i can get is a 60mb one and its obvioulsy not the best for me who uses the internet for work and all digital contact etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

What does the following say about your property?

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Yoyr looking for WBC FTTP in the left hand column. If it exists what does it say over to the right. Also. if it's there, what does the narrative below the results window say about the FTTP install.
