&lt;P&gt;Taking a look into your account it seems you reported this fault to our robot, who has raised a fault to our suppliers to get this issue fixed for you. Looks to be an external task so please allow 2 working days for Openreach to fix this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Minimum speed</title>

      <description>Does anyone know where I can find out what the minimum speed guarantee is?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My boardband is terrible. I even have to turn my WiFi off on my phone to use it, or I'm waiting ages for sites to load.&lt;BR /&gt;It used to drop out all the time, but it seems to have stopped that and now it's extremely slow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've just checked on the PlusNet site and my internet speed is showing 2.7mbps currently. I've not had it above 8mbps when I've been checking over the last few months.</description>
