    <description>My broadband connection (unlimited fibre extra) has been appalling lately. It frequently drops out, and the connection speed is terrible - I’ve just run the Plusnet speed test, and it came up as 2.8mbps. I can barely use streaming services and games are basically a non-starter. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fairly sure this isn’t anywhere close to the minimum speed guarantee. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some help would be very much appreciated. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

I did attempt to call you, however I failed to reach you.
