New to plusnet and received my router yesterday (27/03). After setting up all I have had is flashing orange light. I have checked the connection, turned things off and on again and did a factory reset but all I get is the flashing

When is your activation date, and what service FTTC or FTTP?

Activation date was yesterday. Sorry what is fttc and fttp?

FTTC is Fibre to the cabinet, meaning your connection is delivered over the existing copper wires and you connect to the existing Openreach master socket, This product is confusingly called 'Fibre'.

FTTP is Fibre to the premises, Openreach will install a completely new cable (Fibre optic) to your house, and will install an ONT (Optical network termination) unless the property already previously had FTTP, this is called 'Full Fibre'

Which product have you ordered ? and have you received an email to say its been activated

O right in that case it’s the fttc and it started yesterday. I’ve been on the phone with plusnet and they’re having to send an engineer although it won’t be until Tuesday so I am without any internet (tv or working remotely) until after that if I’m lucky.

Is your Plusnet Hub connected from the DSL port to the Openreach master socket ?
