Safeguard no longer enforcing Google safe search

I have always had safeguard on, for the safety of my family. It would always have Google safe search locked by admin to not change the settings. I was happy with this setup.
However within the last week or two I have noticed it is no longer enforcing safe search. I am concerned this could lead to the family having access to things they shouldn't.

Is it possible to sort? I have restarted my router just incase it was a bug.

@Deadstone1991 See this recent thread. Safeguard only uses different DNS addresses it has nothing to do with Google Safesearch.
