    <description>There’s vey little chance that the uplink is slower than the provided package.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are though lots of possibilities that your kit does not have the power to use all of that bandwidth alone.  How are you testing?  Over WiFi or Ethernet?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WiFi will max out circa 400mbps.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just possible your own equipment could be the limiting factor here? Have you tried a direct PPOE connection to the ONT?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I’m using the equipment they supplied to use tried to sort it with plusnet via there text method they supposably reset it but nothing has changed</description>

&lt;P&gt;Guaranteed&amp;nbsp; speeds would be for a wired connection to your Hub Two, some wifi devices are not capable of a connection of 500Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;
