If there is an open ticket on your account, a link to the same will be found under the messages bell.

Open and closed tickets can be accessed via the link provided by John, or that below.

Still could find no link. That suggests to me they have not opened a ticket regarding my lack of connection.
They got away with it the last time I was cut off but I shall be more diligent this time!
