    <description>I have a hub 2 and my set up is that I have a master socket 5 and plusnet router. I was told I need asdl cable to plug it in broadband port but when I plug my ethernet cable to connect it to my pc, it glows orange when I plug it the wan port. But my pc can't see the router. Any help please</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are on FTTC, the cable is plugged into the DSL port, not the WAN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you resolve the issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;When I take the cable out of WAN the router flashes orange&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should NOT be connecting anything to the WAN that is for Full Fibre ONT connection, in this case flashing Orange means the Hub is not receiving a DSL signal&lt;/P&gt;</description>
