Need help with router 2

I have a hub 2 and my set up is that I have a master socket 5 and plusnet router. I was told I need asdl cable to plug it in broadband port but when I plug my ethernet cable to connect it to my pc, it glows orange when I plug it the wan port. But my pc can't see the router. Any help please

If you are on FTTC, the cable is plugged into the DSL port, not the WAN.

You should NOT be connecting anything to the WAN that is for Full Fibre ONT connection, in this case flashing Orange means the Hub is not receiving a DSL signal
