      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm away from home in Wales and we have lost connection this evening&lt;BR /&gt;SA40&lt;FONT color="green"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm guessing there is a tree cutting the fibre&lt;BR /&gt;Can it be checked remotely?&lt;BR /&gt;I don't want to report a problem if it's just me!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/119750"&gt;@SunnyBank&lt;/a&gt;, Plusnet don't have a status page as they consider it bad to advertise faults even it it would be useful for customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, Zen do have a web page where you can check for known faults -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/" target="_self"&gt;https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You just need to enter the first parts of a phone number for an area to find faults in that area (you don't need a phone line yourself).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I should add that this shows all OR faults, not just those that affect Zen customers. The same information could be available to Plusnet if they could be bothered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
