Both, if possible. I don't know the BT Hubs, but does yours allow the full event log to be exported in .csv format?

lost me there mate. Im a screenshot kinda guy and both info/event don't fit in one picture. Is there a specific info i can tell you that your after.

If you are using a desktop/laptop, the info should - see the screenshot below (taken from a PN Hub2) which gives us most of the data required.

@Anonymous I was wondering about that too, but got distracted. I also note that DSL uptime is low. Wondering if the OP has a fault?

Looking at your connection details there is an issue of some sort, the Line attenuation reading is extremely high for the reported Maximum data rate.

Also the slow upload speeds might cause issues during a cloud saves or similar due to router buffer bloat.
