      <title>Speeds dropped recently</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The other day while downloading on steam i noticed the speed to be much lower than normal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Again today I noticed the same. I have now done several speed tests and I am getting about 18mbps down compaired 60ish normally.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FTTC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Done speedtest.btwholesale test. Result 18.5.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i run an advanced test with the BBEU i get the following message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Summary Advanced Test&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Says the same thing even if i re-run it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried restarting the Hub 2 router after being off for 20 mins or so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have checked wiring as best i can my end. Dont believe anything is damaged or changed. Tests carried out from PC wired to router. Ipad gets the same speed over WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone at plusnet please check for any issues. &lt;/P&gt;

If you are on SoGEA, as I suspect from your comments above, the only way to progress this is to call PN - the auto-bot does not recognise such a connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK thanks. How do i know if im on SoGEA as apposed to FTTC? Which i have read is the other option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed to the packege that meant i didnt have a landline, so i dont pay for it. Have not tried to plug in a landline phone since.&lt;/P&gt;
