&lt;P&gt;Sight of the broadband connection status from your Hub (with the 'Username' obscured) would also be of help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the Hub One -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting &amp;gt; Helpdesk&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the Hub Two -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings &amp;gt; Technical Log &amp;gt; Information&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet speed very low</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the past few weeks my internet has been going on and off during the day and night. The speed used to be 12 - 15mps now it is down to as low a 6-7mps. I have a fibre broadband package with no landline. i live in Hillside Montrose Scotland. Anyone else my area having these problems ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
