Connection Speed 0-11mbps no customer service

Hey,

Any help appreciated,

Ive been with plusnet for 12 days now and the connect was just lost, i've restarted the router and now the speeds are ranging from 0 to 11 mbps. Customer service are closed and the text function doesn't recognise my number. Its not looking like the start of a good service to be honest.

I'd appreciate any ideas?

I suggest you call them (0330 123 9123) between 0800-2000 tomorrow.
