      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unlimited Fibre&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;connection that at about 20:30 we lost internet connection.&amp;nbsp; The router is showing blue and on the hub it is show the broadband is connected.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No devices connected to the router are able to access the internet, iPhones, PCs using Wireless.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached a screenshot of the Hub Status, but now I can't even connect to the hub as I am getting Connection Timed Out when trying to access the web page on 192.168.1.254&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted the router several times, disconnected all ethernet connected devices (NAS storage device and TP LInk Wifi Extender)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like a fault (or planned work) on the Openreach network (which Plusnet uses).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's not a problem in the copper connection you use to the "green box".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it happens again see if a "ping" to 8.8.8.8 (Google's DNS service) gets there.&lt;/P&gt;

Did you got problem sorted ? i don't have broadband from yesterday around 14;30. calling twice them. last call today 15;30. customer advisor say he call back 19;00 when investigate all . no call back. still no broadband. try other router same problem. blue light. no internet. system want login to network. give all correct details but nothing work. ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just FYI, it is not a good idea to 'hijack' another users topic - your symptoms may be similar, but not necessarily the same, and piggy-backing makes it difficult for other Community members to follow the conversation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
