Broadband Network

my internet has been really unreliable. Almost every two months, it gets shaky and barely works for about a week. It's incredibly frustrating.

I thought things would improve after an engineer came out to fix it, but the problem is still the same. Can you please look into this urgently? I really need a stable internet connection.

Reading the first post @fatimab06 has already been down the standard route.
what is needed is for Plusnet to pick up this thread and escalate the problem.
