The line is now increasing to 77.78Mbps from 72.87Mbps as DLM has reduced SNR from 6.2db to 5.2dB, however the throughput speed still on 67Mb as I can't find Plusnet Current Line Speed on my broadband section account to matched BTw IP Profile but the BTw Additional Diagnostic keep getting errors all the time since May 14th, never work so I can't see any IP Profile on the line. Can you push Plusnet IP Profile to maximum 80Mbps on their side please to get better throughput speed. I expecting DLM will target one more to reduced SNR to 4.2dB to get the line to maximum to 79.99Mbps tonight or tomorrow.

I am not sure if SoGEA BBEU number ever work on BTw Additional Diagnostic as it keep getting errors all time with BBEU for my account - BBEU******** as there is no phone number anymore. Can you ask BTw to investigated it.

Unless you have a static IP , the 'Current line speed' setting has no effect any more

My account have static IP address but the throughout speed remain the same at 67Mbps throughput speed when the engineer fixed the line with sync rate of 72Mbps but when the sync rate has increasing to 77Mbps and soon to be 80Mbps and the throughout speed are suppose to be around 72Mbps to 74Mbps.

DLM has actioned overnight to increase to maximum sync rate now.

Monday 3rd June 72.87/20.00 (Throughput 67.00/19.00)

Thursday 6th June 77.78/20.00 (Throughput 70.00/19.00)

Saturday 8th June 79.98/20.00 (Throughput 70.00/19.00)

Throughput speed 70.00/19.00 from 79.98/20.00 (I guess it should be 74.00/19.00 with the correct ip profile to match BTw 77.35) I know PN IP Profile is always slow to catch up to match BTw IP Profile 77.35
