OK - in that case, providing you have the Hub2 and not the TP-Link connected, can you export the error log and attach it to a post?

We have been with PlusNet for a grand total of 6 weeks after being with Sky for nearly 15 years and I can honestly say it's the WORST broadband service we've ever experienced.

Ever since moving to PlusNet, we have had nothing but issues. The router drops connection every 10-20 minutes in the evening and multiple times throughout the day.

The light on the router flashes orange, then goes steady orange, then comes back to normal after about a minute or two.

We started with a Plusnet Hub One, then bought a TP-Link router ourselves, thinking that may solve the issue - it didn't.

We have had a BT engineer out twice already, and they couldn't find a fault both times. They fitted a new microfilter socket - no improvement. Bearing in mind, we never had any issues like this with Sky!

I work from home, so this is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. At my wits end, and don't know what else to do?!
