I've received the message in the screenshot but can't find anything online to say there's issues? Would have thought this would be info on the plusnet homepage. I have had regular issues about twice a month and can't help but feel like I'm being fobbed off.

@Lia101 Only really major issues - a complete exchange failure or loss of a major link would be reported on the site, and these are fortunately extremely rare.

Are these 'regular issues' sorted if and when you report them?
