Openreach engineer never showed up

Good evening,

I'm waiting since 8th of May for my broadband to be fixed and today another enginer failed to show up again, the first time it was on 9th of May

Even after calling the plusnet support I was told to wait more (I know that openreach engineers work till 6pm)

Really wish I could've avoided this post but it appears that openreach can not be bothered to appear or even communicate on the given install date.

Initially you said that "waiting since 8th of May for my broadband to be fixed", then at the end of the post you mention "the given install date".

Is this a fault repair, or a new installation?
