topic Plusnet diagnostics bot in Broadband

I used the text service diagnostics bot to report a fault after several weeks of frequently dropped connection. They found there's a fault on the line and they're arranging an engineer to fix it without me needing to make an appointment. Does anyone know roughly how long these things usually take, or if they report afterwards that they've fixed it?

Thanks

@SpicyPineapple How long is a piece of string? If this is an external fault - as it appears - they are usually fixed fairly quickly, but as always it depends on engineer availability and how easy the job is. OR should advise Plusnet when they think they have fixed it, but whether PN tell you...

I can tell you might inform you more likely not.
Supposedly 3 working days max to fix a fault do not hold your breath.
